Romina Vaghetti graduated cum laude in Business Administration from the Universtity of Pisa.
She is registered in the Register of Chartered Accountants and Auditors of Lucca and in the Register of legal auditors held by the Ministry of Finance.
She collaborated as an accountant in leading professional firms in the provinces of Livorno and Pisa, handling tax, business and corporate consulting.
In 2011 she joined the team led by Doctor Ezio Vannucci whom she later followed into Moores Rowland Partners in 2014.
Romina provides an important consulting service on matters of fiscal planning and family inheritances.
She consults and assists corporations, both in the ordinary and extraordinary management and supports businesses in all their life phases.
Additionally, Doctor Vaghetti assists foreign subjects residing in other EU and non-EU States which hold revenues or properties on the Italian territory.
Lastly, she has earned a deep understanding of contractual and tax legislation concerning corporate networks. Along with Dr. Ezio Vannucci, she is the author of an article relating on corporate-network contracts, published in a magazine of the company Il Sole 24 Ore.
