Silvia Del Carlo was born in Viareggio in 1986. At Moores Rowland Partners she covers accounting, tax consulting and corporate law consulting. Amongst her main roles, she carries out daily assistance to corporations in the fulfillment of their tax obligations in matters of both direct and indirect taxes, and other administrative requirements provided for by national and community law.
Education
Silvia Del Carlo graduated cum laude in Economics from the University of Pisa.
She is registered in the Register of Chartered Accountants and Auditors of Lucca.
After an internship in banking, she pursued her career in the administrative field of two multinational groups on Italian territory.
Silvia del Carlo joined Moores Rowland Partners in November 2014.
Experience
In the field of corporate law, Silvia Del Carlo holds in-depth knowledge on insolvency proceedings. Additionally, she provides clients with a continuous consulting activity on Italian tax legislation for youth entrepreneurship, including the new VAT regimes introduced in Italy in 2010, and tax advantages provided by national legislation for those starting an autonomous business.
