Romina Vaghetti was born in Pisa in 1971. At Moores Rowland Partners she deals with direct and indirect taxation for both private individuals and companies. More specifically, she provides corporations with a wide-ranging assistance over taxation, accounting or on corporate issues.
Education
Romina Vaghetti graduated cum laude in Business Administration from the University of Pisa.
She is registered in the Register of Chartered Accountants and Auditors of Pisa and in the Register of legal auditors by the Ministry of Finance.
She has collaborated as an accountant in leading professional firms in Livorno and Pisa, handling tax, business and corporate consulting.
In 2011, she joined the team led by Ezio Vannucci with whom she later followed into Moores Rowland Partners in 2014.
Experience
Romina provides an important consulting service on matters of fiscal planning and family inheritances.
She consults and assists corporations, both in the ordinary and extraordinary management and supports businesses in all their life phases.
Additionally, Romina Vaghetti assists foreign subjects residing in other EU and non-EU States which hold revenues or properties on the Italian territory.
Lastly, she has earned a deep understanding of contractual and tax legislation concerning corporate networks. Along with Ezio Vannucci, she is the author of an article on corporate-network contracts published in the Italian financial newspaper Il Sole 24 Ore.
