Vincenzo Colle was born in Pietrasanta (Lucca) in 1986. He is an expert in both direct and indirect taxation regimes. At Moores Rowland Partners he covers tax disputes and corporate transactions, assisting both Italian and foreign clients.
Education
Vincenzo Colle graduated cum laude in Professional consulting to companies from the University of Pisa.
He holds a master’s degree in Corporate tax law from the “Ferdinando Bocconi” University in Milan. Vincenzo Colle is registered in the Register of Chartered Accountants and Auditors of Massa Carrara and in the Register of legal auditors by the Ministry of Finance.
He started his professional career in Milan within the international network of Ernst & Young.
Since January 2013 he is part of the team of professionals led by Ezio Vannucci.
Experience
Vincenzo Colle carries out an important and wide-ranging assistance in matters of tax and corporate law for leading companies in northern and central Italy, belonging to diverse industrial and commercial fields.
His consulting work focuses mainly on issues of tax law and corporate law pertaining to transnational commercial transactions and on the establishment of foreign groups on the Italian territory.
In addition to business assistance in cases of tax litigation, he serves as legal auditor for primary industrial entities based in Tuscany.
