Important development regarding the temporary admission regime for non-EU private and commercial yachts and for YETs
Following our valuable collaboration with Confindustria Nautica in discussions with the Italian Customs (ADM), we are pleased to share our article published in SUPER YACHT 24 online magazine, written by Ezio Vannucci and Andrea Barabino,
which analyses the recent clarification on the procedures for placing under the regime and discharge for the application of the temporary admission regime to non-EU private and commercial yachts and YETs.
The circular also includes another significant development, namely the renewal of the T.A. regime simply by transiting ‘international waters’ with AIS traceability evidence.
