The Italian Customs and Monopolies Agency has issued a note dated 26 February 2019 providing the first comments on the possible repercussions related to Customs issues if a so-called “Hard Brexit” e.g. the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the EU without an agreement regulating a transitional period will occur.
