The new edition of  “La Nautica in cifre Monitor – Trend di mercato 2024/2025”, the statistical report produced by Confindustria Nautica‘s Studies Office, has been published. The report shows the sector’s trends at mid-year, with indications on the global state of the Italian nautical industry.
The new edition highlights superyachts as the driving segment of the nautical production sector, which maintains its global leadership in terms of orders for units over 24 metres, with 572 yachts under construction out of a total of 1,138. In this context, we highlight the significant exploit of global exports of nautical shipbuilding production, registering an all-time high in September 2024 for the export of pleasure craft produced in Italy, reaching the 4.5-billion-euro threshold. Italy is confirmed as the world’s leading exporter of yachts in 2024. In the “Made in Italy 2030 Green Book” of the Ministry of Enterprise and Made in Italy, boating has therefore been included alongside the historic traditional pillars of Italian industry (clothing, food, furnishings, automation).
The Yachting division of Moores Rowland Partners, thanks to its team of specialized professionals, daily supports in tax and customs profiles, shipyards, Italian and foreign owners and companies in the supply chain in all stages of the process of buying and selling yachts under construction or used.
Our support is provided right from the initial contractual phase, in order to facilitate communication between the shipyard and the buyer with a tailor-made approach, and then extends to the various steps of the construction and/or refit process, facilitating relations with suppliers in the supply chain right up to the delicate operations of delivery and subsequent export of the yacht, where required.
